Why yoga, nature, silence and healthy food?

We are living our short lives spinning around in our heads, processing on average 60.000 thoughts every day, including the night. Most thoughts are analysing the past and planning the future. Many thoughts are fear-based, negative and critical, in large due to an information overload of excessively negative media coverage.

I strive to make people more connected to the moment, to themselves and ultimately to the rest of the world, through yoga, meditation and a healthier life style. By stilling the mind and cleaning the body we become more intuitive, alert, happy, energised and creative.
